Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Referral Service Only
IBC Tanks (ibctanks.org) is a referral service. We pass your quote request to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, repair, recycle or transport IBC tanks ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a supplier.
Partner Suppliers
Partner suppliers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, payment terms, delivery and pickup arrangements, warranties and return policies. Review a supplier's terms before you accept a quote. Submitting a request does not oblige you to buy or sell anything.
Information on This Site

Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, IBC Tanks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any quote, or from any products or services provided by a partner supplier.
Your Submissions
Please submit accurate information and only for genuine requests. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
